Hydrotalcite is an anionic layered compound. Layered compounds are a kind of compounds with layered structure and intercalation exchangeability. By using intercalation and intercalation exchangeability of layered compounds under the action of strong polar molecules, some functional substances are introduced into the interlayer space and the distance between layers is stretched to form pillared compounds. Hydrotalcite like compounds (LDHs) are a new kind of inorganic functional materials with layered structure. The chemical composition of LDHs is closely related to the cation characteristics, charge density or anion exchange capacity, supramolecular intercalation structure etc.
1. Due to its unique structure, hydrotalcite can be used as basic catalyst, redox catalyst and catalyst carrier.
2. Hydrotalcite compounds can be used in antacids for treatment of gastric diseases, such as gastritis, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer and other common diseases.
3. LDH and LDO have been used as ion exchanger or adsorbent in printing & dyeing, papermaking, electroplating and nuclear wastewater treatment.
Below products of Zehui Group are applicable for hydrotalcite.
